We helped a hospital porter based in the South East to recover £4,500 in compensation for a knee injury he sustained at work.
The man had been using an electric truck to move waste bins in the hospital grounds. He had parked the truck and was moving a bin from the rear of the truck when the truck rolled backwards. It was alleged that the handbrake on the truck was faulty and as a result the porter sustained a soft tissue injury requiring physiotherapy treatment.
