Our client fractured her left knee after an accident on a bus. Having boarded the bus and swiped her travel card, she was walking down the bus to a seat when the driver set off erratically, causing our client to be thrown forward and bang her knee against the arm rest of a seat.
She instructed solicitors at Irwin Mitchell to pursue a compensation claim against the bus company. The bus company admitted liability and our client was awarded £4,500 compensation.
