Our client was travelling as a front-seat passenger when a third party approaching in the opposite direction carried out a right-hand turn across our client’s path. The vehicle that our client was travelling in could not avoid a collision and as a result our client suffered a whiplash injury to her neck and back.
The driver of the other car could not be traced but compensation of £1,300 was still achieved.
