Our client was a school girl who suffered soft tissue injuries and associated headaches after being involved in a road traffic accident (RTA).
The girl was standing on the pavement outside her school. A car travelling at speed along the road carried out an illegal handbrake turn, mounted the pavement and collided with our client. She suffered injuries to her hip and elbows.
Liability was admitted for the accident and our client was awarded £2,600 in compensation.
