Our client was travelling as a passenger in her husband’s vehicle. They were travelling along the M69 and exited on to the slip road to join the M6. The vehicle began to “fishtail” and started to spin, eventually hitting the crash barrier on the passenger side.
Liability was admitted and we helped the client to recover more than £5,500 in compensation.
