Irwin Mitchell's Sheffield office have assisted a lady to receive compensation for injuries sustained when she was hit by a bus in Warrington.
Our client was crossing a road next to Warrington Bus Station when she was hit in the back and knocked over by a bus. She landed on the floor on her hands and knees and as a result had multiple abrasions and a laceration to her chin, fractured her right scapula and clavicle and had discomfort in her right knee. These injuries lasted for a four week period.
In October 2011 our Sheffield office assisted the client to obtain compensation of over £10,000 for the injuries she sustained.
