Our client suffered multiple injuries after being struck by a car in an indoor car park.
Our client was walking in the car park towards her daughter’s vehicle when she was struck by a car approaching from behind. She suffered soft tissue injuries to the right hand side of her body, severely bruised her right knee and fractured two toes.
