The team's recent experience includes co-ordinating and implementing the legal aspects of a multiple retailer's expansion programme involving around 300 new shop units over 3 years; co-ordinating the transfer of approximately 400 retail units following the acquisition of a new multiple retail subsidiary by clients and setting up and concluding documentation for franchising a significant proportion of a client's retail portfolio.
