The firm has a Team dedicated solely to servicing the needs of residential developer clients and purchasers of new build property.
The Team deals with all pre and post completion estate development work and in particular plot sales. The Team can advise on infrastructure agreements and related on-site development issues and has established contacts/links with designers, selling agents, managing agents and green space specialists. Our established client base has, in the main, developed freehold and leasehold houses and apartments and, as a result, there is a high level of expertise in providing solutions for unusual circumstances which are increasingly prevalent in the new build environment.
Our Clients range from large developers to individuals. The Team utilises a case management system which ensures consistency and enables flexibility of reporting which can be tailored to suit the client’s specific requirements.
The Team deals with all aspects of New Homes, including:-
- Site Set up and Establishment
- Site Management and Liaison
- Preparation of Sales/Legal Documentation Packs (including HIPS)
- Plot Sales Disposals and Reporting
All Estate Infrastructure Support Work eg Planning Agreements, Highway and Drainage Agreements etc
- Part Exchange Transactions
The New Homes Team work closely with both the Commercial Property Department and the Conveyancing Department.
