Quality Standards

We were one of the first legal firms to be awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Standard. This provides an audited benchmark by which procedures, communications and our responsiveness are measured and audited to ensure that we maintain our standards at the highest level.

Our commitment to excellent service is also demonstrated with the ISO 17799 accreditation we hold which verifies the quality if our IT and data protection practices. In a recent publication by the Butler Group *, we were held up as an example of what organisations should be doing in order to protect their data.

We are also one of an elite band of law firms with Investors in People recognition (IIP). IIP is a nationally recognised benchmark for good practice in people development.
